MoneyTrakk, a start-up created by Truffle Capital in 2017, is developing a disruptive distributed ledger payment solution to address a huge opportunity in several industries, including e-vouchers, insurance, and personal loans. The MoneyTrakk platform will emit ‘directed money’ that can only be spent in a specific consumption universe. For each transaction, smart contracts will verify that the items of the basket are consistent with the funder’s policy, and approve or decline payment accordingly.
